SALES HOST(ESS) – COURCHEVEL, MÉRIBEL, LA PLAGNE & VAL D’ISÈRE.

We’re looking for friendly, organised and computer-savvy people to join our in-resort booking and sales teams. This winter job, focusing on lesson bookings, emails and various administrative tasks, is perfect for those who want to live and work in the mountains, while remaining in a comfortable office.

• excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

SALES REPRESENTATIVE – MÉRIBEL, LA PLAGNE & VAL D’ISÈRE.

Are you warm, friendly, always smiling, and quick to seize every opportunity to socialise and connect with others? Become the face of Oxygène in resort. The role of Resort Sales Representative offers the perfect balance between work and enjoyment. Responsible for all in-resort communications and relationships with tour operators, clients and instructors, this varied role is ideal for an outgoing individual who enjoys working with people.

We are looking for :

  • a friendly, well-presented individual
  • someone flexible, dynamic, with excellent communication skills
  • experience in customer relations, ideally with knowledge of ski seasons and experience working with tour operators

SKI TECHNICIANS – LA PLAGNE, VAL D’ISÈRE & SERRE CHEVALIER

We’re looking for dynamic, friendly people to join the Oxygène team for the coming winter season. We accept beginners, but you must be motivated and ready to get actively involved. In charge of equipment maintenance, hire, customer orders and adjustments, our ski technicians are there to help holidaymakers find the right equipment to make the most of their stay.

PART-TIME SKI TECHNICIANS – VAL D’ISÈRE

Oxygène Val d’Isère is looking for a dynamic person to join our ski shop at home team. The hours vary between 10 and 30 hours per week, depending on demand. This is a great opportunity for people who want to make the most of the mountains this winter, thanks to 3 days’ holiday a week.

We are looking for :

CHILDREN’S SKI GARDEN ASSISTANT – LUNCH CLUB – MÉRIBEL & LA PLAGNE

Do you hold a BAFA qualification or are you a trainee ski instructor? Do you enjoy looking after children, making them laugh and giving them plenty of care and attention? This role is perfect for you!
You will assist the instructor during lessons for young children in the ski garden and also help look after them during the Lunch Club. This position is ideal for someone who is attentive to the wellbeing of our young skiers.
A strong level of English is required, as well as good physical fitness (snow clearing, handling equipment, etc.).

Key responsibilities:

  • preparing lesson departures before the arrival of clients and instructors
  • setting up and dismantling the ski garden on a daily basis
  • snow clearing
  • operating the magic carpet lift (starting and stopping it)
  • maintaining the ski garden and its equipment (nets, games, carpet lift, chalet, etc.)
  • taking part in ski garden activities, including dressing up as the Oxygène mascot (Ollie the Bear) when needed

CHILDREN’S CLUB MANAGER – VAL D’ISÈRE

Do you have experience in childcare? This role is perfect for you! In addition, you will take on key responsibilities such as ensuring children’s safety and managing invoice follow-ups with our partners. You will act as the on-site coordinator, liaising between the office and the snow front. We are looking for someone with an excellent level of English. A qualification to manage a children’s activity centre (ACM) would be an advantage.

Key responsibilities:

  • organising, coordinating and running the children’s clubs
  • setting up lesson departures each morning
  • welcoming children and directing them to their instructors
  • organising the weekly medal ceremony every Friday
  • supporting various roles within the organisation as required

SKI TECHNICIAN – 5★ HOTEL – VAL D’ISÈRE

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as a ski technician. You will independently fit and equip guests at a 5★ mountain hotel and will also be responsible for organising appointments. You will be based in the Oxygène shop in Val d’Isère but will primarily work at the mountain hotel. A fluent level of spoken English is required; ideally bilingual English/French.

Key responsibilities:

  • managing delivery, collection and transfer logistics
  • selling products available in the shop
  • monitoring and scheduling bookings, as well as tracking payments
  • managing priorities based on client needs and unforeseen events
  • adjusting rental equipment and registering it in the rental system

SALES ASSISTANT – SKI ACCESSORIES – Courchevel 1850

Do you have experience in retail, ideally in sports or fashion? Join our team as a sales assistant in the Oxygène shop in Courchevel 1850. The shop mainly sells ski accessories (helmets, goggles, technical socks…) as well as the Pullin underwear collection. Fluent English and French are required for this role.

We are looking for :
• Stock management
• Displaying and labelling products
• Processing payments
• Customer service

We offer staff accommodation in the heart of the resort and a great team atmosphere.

OPERATIONS ASSISTANT – DRIVER – LA PLAGNE & VAL D’ISÈRE

Are you versatile and do you thrive on variety? This could be the job for you. As an ambassador for the ski school, you will represent Oxygène in all your tasks. From driving on snow to transport clients to lesson meeting points and the ski shop, to delivering and collecting ski equipment from hotels and chalets, as well as managing supplies (medals, children’s snacks, etc.), your days will be varied and busy.

You will also be responsible for setting up and dismantling lesson meeting points, as well as preparing and managing the instructors’ teaching equipment.

We are looking for :

  • availability from late November to mid-April
  • a warm personality, with strong organisational and interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • experience in face-to-face customer service
  • an excellent level of English and French (Russian, Portuguese and/or Dutch would be a strong advantage)
  • a full driving licence
