WELL PAID WORK AND PLENTY OF IT
Your time and satisfaction is important to us. Your hourly rate of pay is calculated based on the resort you teach in, your skills and qualifications and your motivation as well as (but not only) how long you have worked with us. While we understand that your hourly rate is important to you, it only benefits you if you have a good quantity and quality of work. We provide our instructors with essential resources, both human and practical, to facilitate your work. For your comfort our resorts all have ski rooms near the slopes and a range of equipment available from race-training material to off-piste airbags. We don’t skimp on personnel either, our instructor managers, office teams, snow-garden helpers and meeting point coordinators are all there to help your lessons run as smoothly as possible.

A VARIETY OF LESSONS, FAIRLY ALLOCATED
We want you to feel motivated and fulfilled in your work so we ensure all instructors a variety of ski lessons. Teaching children, adults, groups, private lessons, off-piste, guiding, adaptive skiing, you will never feel tired of teaching the same lessons over and over. We also ensure that lessons are allocated fairly amongst the team based on each instructor’s enthusiasm and expertise (languages, disciplines etc) and not just how long they’ve been teaching with us.
